Methods: A 66 year old man was transferred from an outside hospital bleeding mass. Preoperative EGD demonstrated D2 mass biopsied GIST, +c-kit mutation ulceration. MRI submucosal 2nd/3rd portion of duodenum that did appear involve ampulla no evidence metastatic disease. laparoscopic performed linear white stapler and 3-0 vicryl silk sutures. drain left near anastomosis removed post-op day four for low output amylase.
